IMG_4482 I like to call the 'nursing ear'. It makes me smile every time I see it. Tell me I am not the only person this happens to! I've always wanted to capture it on camera, especially with the other two, but it would always bend back before I could grab the camera. Today I was prepared. Oh, I could gobble this one up!

LOL, I’ve nursed three children and have seen the ear in need, but never sticking to the head. HA, loveeeee this!
I’ll nurse Poppy now to have a lucky ear day!

And, I can testify, it’s even cuter in person.

you’re not alone. We’ve had that a ton. One side more than the other. It must be the way I hold her or the way she positions her head.

Yes! I know that nursing ear well! Like you, I always wanted to take a quick picture but could never do it in time. You’ll treasure this picture. Adorable!

did not nurse.. but am convinced the way i nuzzled my daughter close whilei fed her, formed her ear out a little more than the other. poor girlie inheritated one ear from her dad (dumbo) and one from me, nice and tucked back… and the daddy ear is the side i always held her on… too cute!

Happens to Liam all the time. Glad to know it has a name. It always worries me because all my brothers’ ears stick out and I hope this isn’t going to help it happen to him!
