She wanted cupcakes

Chocolate ones (of course) with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles to be exact. A certain little someone from a Primary class that I was substituting for was turning 7 on Monday. IMG_3567
And she wanted cupcakes (twist my arm.) This little red-haired girl holds a special place in my heart, so you'd better believe I brought cupcakes for the whole class. They all sang and told her their favorite thing about her ("She is SO reverent!")IMG_3568
Happy Birthday little red-haired girl! I'm so glad I got to be your teacher today.

    Love the cupcake papers! Have you tried the Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Cake recipe? It’s on the back of the Hershey’s cocoa box (can?). It’s so easy and good – my go-to recipe for chocolate cake.

    Your cupcakes look really yummy. I used to make cupcakes all the time. Just because my kids are grown doesn’t mean I can’t still make them. Right? Right!! Thanks for the inspiration.
