Invite
I'm helping to plan an upcoming baby shower. I'm in charge of the invitations. I made them. All 40+ of them. Then, mere moments before they were to be distributed, it was brought to my attention that I printed them with the
WRONG DATE.

On another note, I just pulled a screw out of Kate's mouth.

Be back next week- when I hope to have my act together (and a vacuumed floor.)

Have a happy weekend!

Last week we took our baby to get an x-ray because his older brother kept telling me that “Ethan eat a penny!” and after finding no penny in his diaper after almost a week of checking (yup, gross) my imagination ran wild, Where is the penny???
Luckily, no penny found on the x-ray, a screw would definitely hurt coming out!
P.S. I just used some of the cute appliques I ordered from you. What did you use as adhesive? They turned out SO cute! (This is Heather’s sister btw)

    Oh, they are so adorable!
I think all that work justifies changing the date of the shower.

Oh, that happend to me! When Ryan was little he swallowed a screw and when we took him to the doctor you could see the thing sticking up in this stomach on the x-ray…lol! I laugh now but it sure wasn’t funny when I was having to search his you- know-what to make sure it came out! It did and all is well. Needless to say, we ran around the house and tightened down every screw we could find…lol!
Have a Great Weekend, Morgan 🙂

I printed all my baby announcements with the wrong weight & time of day for my little boy. I had set up the document with “dummy info” before his birth and just printed that instead of changing it. Some I tried to change. The others, I just sent anyway, no one really knows or cares about his weight & time of birth, but me..so I figured it wouldn’t matter too much.

Oh no! Don’t worry–I did that once and it was caught AFTER the invites went out. Good times.

Ahhhhh! Kill me now. Just print out a bunch of the correct dates, cut them out and paste them on. If you haven’t already done so. What a pain. Good luck!

My sister-in law just did the same thing. Spelled February wrong twice, two different ways in the invite. Did I mention the address? Wrong. And sent them all out. Yikes!

I did pictures of a wedding once and nobody only family showed up to the reception. It turned out that they had the wrong address and directions printed on the invitations. It was very sad, but the bride and groom were supposed to be ready at the reception an hour before and they got there an hour after it was supposed to start.

They look lovely, even if they don’t have the right date.

After my daughter had the good fortune of having an AMAZING local photographer take her senior pics I mangaged to design an AMAZING graduation announcement…. WITH THE WRONG DATE! If I remember correctly, about half of the 100 were sent before the booboo was pointed out. The rest went out with a tacky sticker on the back of the envelope. I don’t remember what it said but it may as well have said: BLAH BLAH BLAH, Amanda’s mom is an idiot! 🙂 ‘Cuz that’s how I felt! 😀
