3-4 cooked chicken breasts, cut into medium sized pieces
1/3 C chopped green onions
2 1/2 C red grapes, sliced in half
2 C sliced almonds
1 can pineapple chunks
1 C Mayo*
1 C Sour Cream*
1/4 C sugar (or to taste)
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
Salt to taste

Add all wet ingredients. Add Curry. Add remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour.
*We use fat-free and it turns out just as delicious.

    OMG that looks good! If you were my neighbor I’d be at your door with an empty “sugar cup” on a daily basis. I bet that would be great in a wrap too! Or pita. Or, or, or… I’m drooling on to my keyboard and can no longer type.

    This looks wonderful! I work for an Indian doctor, and she makes the most amazing lamb curry! I’ve never tried to make anything Indian, but I’m definitely giving this a try!

    i just made this last night and WOW — so good!! the only change i made was putting in raisins instead of grapes. i can see myself living off of this all summer!!
