Hello Dear Friends! Well, the time has come. It’s officially the 100th
post. I was thinking about doing something for the 1 year blog
anniversary, but the beginning of my blog started out kind of rocky
(ur…ugh… is this thing on??) and that’s not happening until April
anyway, so we are celebrating the 100th post instead!

I’ve been thinking about what I could give away to one lucky reader,
and well, since I’ve kind of been on an apron kick, I decided to make a
ruffle apron. I also wanted to include some of my favorite things, so
included are 2 sizes of these adorable tulip cupcake paper liners
.Img_4341

The yellow are for mini-cupcakes, and the green are for the standard
size. I’m also including some of my most favorite sprinkles, which by
the way would look adorable on some spring-time cupcakes! So here’s
where you come in. Seeing as you all get to know me through the blog,
I’m really interested in
knowing who you are. I know there are a lot of lurkers out there, so
de-lurk! Even if it’s only for today. I promise I won’t ask you again.
In the comment section, I’d like you to post something about yourself.
Are you a sewer, crafter, scrapper, wonder woman, are you being paid by
me to read my little blog? What do you like doing? That’s what I want
to know. And I want to know where you are from. So, do those 2 things
and I’ll have my little darling pick a name on Sunday and I’ll announce
the lucky duck on Monday. Good luck!!

I am a collector, sewer and a scrapbooker. I am from Green Lane Pa. I found your blog through Emily Falconbridge’s blog and have been hooked ever since. I used to make personalized purses and totes in high school and sell them to the girls that heard about me through word of mouth. I collect lots of things vintage I got that from my mother. I love old spools of silk thread such colors, and buttons and fabric oh my. I have posted a few times and loved that you always commented back. Happy 100th post!!!

Hi! I am a scrapbooker, a wife and mother, a lurker on your blog, a girl who loves to cook (but isn’t very good!), and an overall goofball! I also found your blog through Emily’s and have since come to love reading it! I love your vintage, whimsical style and try to pick up inspiration from many of your posts! Right now, my family and I live in Tulsa, OK, but who knows where the future will take us! I just love your ruffle aprons and would love to be the proud owner of one, but alas, sewing is not my thing! Congratulations on your 100th post and I’m looking forward to many more from you!

I’ve seen some awesome stuff that’s inspired me (yours included!)Been thinking about trying a simple purse/bag pattern. That doesn’t sound too intimidating. Now, if I could just remember how to use my machine…

Love all things vintage. Aprons are always a vintage thing- even if they are new. So glad they have made a comeback. I have so many pictures of my grandmother in her dress and heels and yes- her apron. Very June Cleaver.
    Love reading.
Live in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin. Can’t wait for spring. Sick of my sweaters and cord pants! Sick of my winter boots. But hey going to Florida soon so I need to get me a pedicure so I can wear my flip flops!

Hmm…my name and where I’m from??? Very scarey, this de-lurking. My name’s Michelle, I’m a mom to 3 beautiful girls 8,12 & 15. Love to craft, but I do better with small projects. I have a brand-spanking new babylock ellure that I’m afraid of, so I just sit staring at it most of the time while rearranging my unused selection of threads. I love your ruffled apron. It’s a small enough project that I think I can make one, but I hate to cut the fabric I love with the thought that I might screw it up. Yes, I need therapy. We currently live in southeastern PA and are headed to the Baltimore area…Maybe I should wait until after the move to start a project.?.

Man, you get points. I rarely comment on the blogs I read–usually just pop in here and there while my kid naps. But oh, how I love those cupcake liners. And that apron? So, so adorable. I couldn’t resist adding my name to the bunch.
Let’s see. I live in cold, cold Wisconsin (currently under a foot of snow). I was the head baker at a small cafe for 5 years (complete creative freedom–heaven), but I traded it all in when my husband and I had a kid. Now I’m home being a Mama to my girl, and life just keeps getting better and better.
I found your lovely blog a bit back, and have it permanently marked in my brain as “that one with all the recipes I can’t wait to try.” Such inspiration to be found here! Thank you!
