Img_4260He’s sick. Again. This was us Saturday morning at 5 a.m. He wakes up & immediately asks for ‘tories’ followed by ‘up/down’ (what he calls his favorite Dr. Seuss "Hop on Pop" book ). This leaves for one very tired Mama. He wants to nurse all the time. Today, he had me nurse Thomas, Percy & James. He had a healthy dose of Sesame Street and would only eat seasoned crutons and one ‘boo’ popsicle for breakfast.

I didn’t end up getting any projects done this weekend, which is okay. I’m so tired I have little faith they’d work out anyway.  I’m literally holding my eyelids open trying to stay up to watch Dwight host Saturday Night Live…but then I remember I have TiVo and should just go to bed. Maybe I’ll go do that now.

The 100th post give-away should happen this week, so stay tuned! And the little apron club is growing : )  Be sure to post a pic of your apron. The link is available if you scroll down. Happy weekend!

I remember when I was requested to nurse other creatures. Katrina (while I was nursing Tristan) would nurse her own toys, most notably a pez dispenser. I hope everyone is on the mend soon.

I just finished making my very first pattern for my very first apron! Yay for newpapers (pattern making material) and yay! for fun fabric!
I ended up with a Saturday afternoon nap, so I was already to watch Dwight on SNL.

Oh, sick babies. Sigh. I so hear you. My 2-year-old niece got the croup so bad she needed two steroid shots the other day. Yikes. Hope you don’t get sick…sick babies and sick mamas are a bad combo.
I also love the pillow on the couch. Did you make it or was it a “find?”

I bought the yo-yo pillow in the picture at the Brimfield Flea Market when I was back in Boston last Fall. The flea market is enormous and happens 3x a year and is really one of the best out there (in my humble opinion : )
