I picked up some Amy Butler Fabric this week, which I absolutely adore. I love the blue & brown combinations. Am going to start on Henry’s felt book this weekend, and might try to integrate some of this fun fabric. Have not been feeling well (threw up a LOT yesterday..yick!) But am feeling a little bit better today. Went to the Sewing Arts Center on Wednesday night to check out their machines (Thanks, Betsey!) and what classes they offer. I think I may end up going with a Viking…. and their classes start up in July- Yeah- getting so excited to learn to sew and promise you won’t see any homemade denim pants with elastic wastebands here!

I love your blog. It makes me miss you more. So, I have been looking at buying some of Amy Butler patterns wholesale through my business, but that means I would have to purchase 20 patterns at a time. I would have to be able to unload them, but would do so at cost. ($6 instead of $12) Know anyone that would want to make her adorable cafe skirt or nappy bag (thinking of Heidi on this one)? Let me know if you or anyone you happen to know would be interested.
