I was driving home from the library today and passed this tree. It's coming, can you feel it? We've (and by 'we' I mean Chris) been bringing firewood in and have had a few cozy nights next to the fire. I'm really loving the little spots of color here & there. I hope Fall takes it's sweet time getting here. I want to drag this out as long as humanly possible.
I am coming out of a massive head-cold/sinus infection that took me down on Saturday night (just in time to not have to give my talk in church on Sunday). I was the last of the family to get it- I guess it's inevitable. I'm feeling a little bit better today and hoping to be done with this by the weekend.
I wanted to let you know we hit the 30% mark on our kickstarter project (we are actually at 32%) so thanks to everyone who made that possible. We only need $324 to hit $10,000! With just 2 weeks left before our project deadline we should be around the 50% mark so we've got a lot of ground to cover and a lot of getting the word out between now & then. We've sent press releases and are trying to make sure no stone goes left unturned. Thank you for all you are doing in pledging/donating & spreading the word. It's an uphill battle for sure but I haven't given up. Thanks for keeping me going!
