My family used to go to Mother's Beach when I was small. I still have vivid memories of coming here. Only I had forgotten completely that this was the same Mother's beach from my youth until recently. It's in Marina del rey and called Mothers beach because there is no surf- perfect for the small ones in your life (except for one of my small ones who really, really likes the waves). This was after he had decided he was done, wanted to change into his warm clothes and then decided maybe he wasn't quite done afterall.
