Hello Dear Friends! Well, the time has come. It’s officially the 100th
post. I was thinking about doing something for the 1 year blog
anniversary, but the beginning of my blog started out kind of rocky
(ur…ugh… is this thing on??) and that’s not happening until April
anyway, so we are celebrating the 100th post instead!

I’ve been thinking about what I could give away to one lucky reader,
and well, since I’ve kind of been on an apron kick, I decided to make a
ruffle apron. I also wanted to include some of my favorite things, so
included are 2 sizes of these adorable tulip cupcake paper liners
.Img_4341

The yellow are for mini-cupcakes, and the green are for the standard
size. I’m also including some of my most favorite sprinkles, which by
the way would look adorable on some spring-time cupcakes! So here’s
where you come in. Seeing as you all get to know me through the blog,
I’m really interested in
knowing who you are. I know there are a lot of lurkers out there, so
de-lurk! Even if it’s only for today. I promise I won’t ask you again.
In the comment section, I’d like you to post something about yourself.
Are you a sewer, crafter, scrapper, wonder woman, are you being paid by
me to read my little blog? What do you like doing? That’s what I want
to know. And I want to know where you are from. So, do those 2 things
and I’ll have my little darling pick a name on Sunday and I’ll announce
the lucky duck on Monday. Good luck!!

You have such a fun blog and are so creative. I linked to you last week and was immediately inspired by your creativity. Currently I am living in Lima, Peru with my hubby who is doing medical research. I love crafts, though my resources have been limited this year. I decided that for my creative outlet I’d try my hand at some digital scrapbooking and I’m enjoying what I’ve learned so far! Great job on achieving 100 posts!

my name is shelley. i am married. my daughter is going to marry henry. well, i think they are very close in age, and both so gee darned cute, with uber crafty talented mommas..i live in upstate ny.. came across your blog through this wonderous world of scrapping. odd facts about me: i went to college on scholarship to become an actress, dropped out, blew my ride, and somehow became a nerd. aka, software implementation specialist. i have dabbled in stand up comedy and sketch/improv comedy. i am convinced, john mayer is going to dump jessica simpson and find me and i will leave my husband, as you see.. it will be like this: you see, because “my body is a wonderland” and “i don’t trust myself” with the “gravity” that is pulling me to the “heart of life” which is JOHN! “I’m waiting on the world to change” so i figure the only way to do this is to make my way to the oncenter (just saw him in concert here last night) and find a “father to be good to my daughter”…my only problem. john doesn’t know this. but, i am “as bold as love.” so, once i make my way to the concert, i’ll find John, we’ll go “slow dancing in a burning room” and i will find the “belief” to “stop this train” and tell my husband… “i’m gonna find another you”….
so, i am a self-proclaimed john mayer groupie/wife/mother/sister/friend/all around one cool chick in no particular order who loves checkin out your bloggity blog! (enough random info?) :O) take care.. talk soon… HAPPY HUNDRED!

I love to scrapbook, read, I have a wonderful hubby, and we own a great business. I lurk on your blog, I love to check in and see the newest recipe and/or craft project. We even made the cookie sticks around Christmas (well, tried, it was a poor attempt- we kept breakin’ oreos and having to EAT them. The shame) But we had alot of fun doing it and I’m pretty sure that’s half the reason you write your blog. Congrats on the 100th post, and thanks for all the creative inspiration and idea sharing.

Thanks for the invite to make contact. I found your blog this past Saturday when I googled “striped cupcakes.” Isn’t that funny? Your post about striped cupcake liners from Martha is what came up.

I love to plan parties–love all the details. I like to bake, but my husband doesn’t like sweets!! I love to write and am thinking about starting a blog of my own to record all of the stuff I write in my head throughout the day. I have a MacBook as well and am still getting acquainted with it. I love your blog and your approach to daily life and motherhood and creative pursuits–I’ve read all of your posts in a few days! I feel like such a snoop. 🙂
Thanks for being so great! Oh, I’ve wanted to ask you–have you ever heard of Sally Jean? I wish I could buy one of everything she makes. Well, it’s a small price to pay for a chance at your lovely prizes: I stumbled onto your blog via Chef Messy, and have to keep coming back for more (Moore?). Here in Houston, I spend my day cramming in as much sewing as my boy will allow. The mountain of scraps is becoming unbearable, but that doesn’t deter me from adding to the pile. One of these days, I’m going to whip up a ruffly apron or two (if I don’t win one ahem) I like to cook and love to bake, and have the “sand in my hourglass”, if you will, to prove it. If I were paid to read blogs, oh how rich we would be….
